Green Curry Powder
Thai Green curry powder is used to make the Thai Green curries, the most distinct but popular version of curry, and makes Thai Green curries, with a distinct sharp, hot, and brighter flavor. Green Chili powder that gives the brighter flavor and spicy-sharpness to the curry. Mostly used in Thai Fusion cuisines and is excellent when added to poultry, vegetables, noodles, soups & seafood dishes.
Ingredients:
Green Chili Powder, Galangal, Cumin, Coriander, Garlic, Onion, Chili Powder, Lemon Grass, Black Pepper, Cilantro.
Simple Recipe for Thai Green Chicken Curry:
Mix Shrimp Paste with Curry powder (1tsp shrimp paste for each1tbsp curry powder) and enough water or fish sauce, and make a paste like consistency.
Stir fry 4tbsp this prepared Curry Paste in 1tbsp oil, add 1 cup coconut milk, mix and bring to boil. Add 1lb meat (cut in pieces), stir and add 1 more cup of coconut milk, bring to boil. Add 1 cup vegetables of your choice, stir and cook until meat are soft and tender. Add 1/2tsp brown sugar and salt to taste. Garnish with chopped fresh Thai basil and serve.
