Daisy Flower (Leucanthemum vulgare)

Daisy flowers are used to make tea to promote energy and remedy respiratory conditions such as common cold, cough, bronchitis, fever, sore mouth and throat Also used as a tonic and great for liver and gallbladder complaints, loss of appetite, muscle spasms.*

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1tsp flower, steep for 5-10min. strain, may sweeten with honey, drink upto 3 cups/day before meals.
