5 oz Dale DeGroff’s Pimento Aromatic Bitters™ is a handcrafted allspice cocktail bitters that provides a delicious compliment to many classic and modern cocktails. Developed by master mixologist Dale DeGroff and renowned absinthe distiller T.A. Breaux, it is a revival of a style of bitters that had all but disappeared by the latter 20th century. Allspice berries provide the foundation of the flavor profile, which is layered with complimentary tropical and Mediterranean spices. Dale DeGroff’s Pimento Aromatic Bitters™ is produced in the Combier distillery (Samur, France) by the infusion and distillation of a blend of select botanicals. This process creates cocktail bitters that enhance the flavor of cocktails without overpowering them.
