Dandelion flowers have higher levels of antioxidants than the leaves or roots, and are treasured for their mild pain-relieving properties.

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1tsp flower, steep for 5-10min. strain, may sweeten with honey, drink upto 1-3 cups/day.
