This unrefined Date Palm Jaggery is made from the juice extracted from the Sugar date
palm tree. Heating the juice and then skimming off the impurities. Juice is boiled until
becomes a thick syrup (jaggary) and then allowed to cool and solidified, then crushed
into a powder. Date jaggary taste like dark chocolate.Date palm jaggery is as a healthier
alternative for refined sugar, loaded with nutrients and Improves Digestion.
Used as a natural sweetener in cakes, cookies, and Indian sweets/desserts. Date Jaggery it unfit for diabetics to consume (glyc. index of 84.4).
