Dill Weed, Dried (Anethum graveolens)

Dried Dill weed is extremely aromatic & delicate dried green leaves of a unique dill plant. It is a buttery herb with a warm, grassy aroma and notes of anise and lemon.

Use to flavor many foods including fish (especially salmon & trout), soups, crunchy vegetables, potato salads, egg salad, pickles, or yogurt and/or sour cream based dips.

Dill is known to have been anti-oxidant, disease preventing, and health promoting properties.
