A special blend of spices for the preparation of ‘Doner kebab’, a Turkish dish usually a rotating roast / grilled meat, normally lamb. Doner (in Turkey) is cut in thin slices, it is shaved meat that is crisp and slightly burned. It is served on rice or in a flat bread with green salad, onions, tomato and with yogurt on the side. Doner kebab is also called ‘Iskender Kebab’, when served served on ypgurt and tomato sauce, topped with melted butter.
Ingredients: Spices (including dehydrated garlic & onion, paprika, Turmeric), Mono Sodium Glutamate, Sugar, Salt, Extractives of Paprika and less than 2% Vegetable Oil and Silicon Dioxide as a preservatives.
Make Doner kebab at home without rotating grill: Add 1-2oz Doner kebab seasoning to a pound of minced meat (Lamb, beef or chicken), mix thoroughly. Make the meat into kebab shape, then cook in grill, oven or even fry. Then make thin slices and serve on pita or naan with salad or chili-mint yogurt or garlic mayonnaise sauce.
