Whole leaf Dulse Seaweed is harvested from Cook in sesame oil for 5 minutes to make feather-light
& crispy & add to sandwiches, omelets, salads, soups,
vegetables & rice dishes, or pan -fry and eat as a 'chip'
Maine's pristine waters, is rich in protein & highest
content of iron, has soft & chewy distinctive flavor.
It is gently and lightly cold smoked with Maine
apple wood at approximately 50° F.
