Enoki Mushrooms are strikingly long, thin
stems and uniformly smooth, white colored
delicate fungi, have a mild, fruity flavor with a
pleasantly crunchy texture. Enoki Mushrooms
are highly nutritious making them a great
addition to your diet. Traditionally used for
soups, noodle dishes, stir-fry and salads,
where they add an exotic look and texture,
as well as an umami flavor. Added to soups
in the final few minutes of simmering.
To rehydrate: Rinse and cover with boiling
water and let sit 10 min. or until desired texture.
Drain and cut off any excessive tough stem.
