The product that I received was not the product that is advertised

I ordered two of the 4oz packages of wild rue seeds and the product I received was two 3oz packages of wild rue seeds, so my order was missing 2oz(56 grams) of seeds that I had paid for. At $9 per package, that's $4.50 worth of product that I did not receive.
