Roasted Fennel seed is the roasted pale green colored dried fruit of the highly aromatic
and flavorful fennel plant flowers. Roasted Fennel seeds have a nuttier, warmer, licorice-like taste of the fennel seeds lend an earthy, sweet taste to dishes.
Suggested Uses:
To release the seeds maximum flavour crush the seed or ground into powder before
adding them to your meat, fish, vegetable vegetable dishes, or used in spice blend.

them into stir-fries, or scatter them over roasted or steamed vegetables, or as an
