Fish Fry Masala

Seasoning mix for spicy & delicious fried fish. This will make a best tasting Indian style crispy fish fry to serve as starter, appetizer or with a meal.


Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Chili powder, Fennel, Ajwain, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Curry Leaf.

Recipe to make Fried fish Indian Style:

Wash 2lbs sliced fish or fish fillet, marinade with 2bsp ginger-garlic paste, 2tbsp fish fry masala, 1tbsp lemon juice, salt to taste, set aside for 2-3 hours.

Heat a heavy bottom pan with 1tbsp mustard oil or ghee, spread it. When oil turns hot enough fry the fish, flip gently after 3-5 minutes, fry the fish until crusty both side. Drain the fish in a kitchen tissue.

Serve as an appetizer garnished with sliced onion and lemon or as a side dish with a basmati rice.
