Hot Flashes Tea, Herbal Blend

This cooling & slightly astringent infusion blend is helpful for anyone feeling hot or overwhelmed and mostly soothing those ‘hot flashes’ associated with menopause & other menopausal symptoms.

Ingredients: Motherwort herb, Sage, Dandelion leaf, Chickweed, Elder flowers, Lemon balm, raspberry leaf & Oat straw.

To make tea: Put 1-2tsp tea in a cup of hot water (190-205ºF), steep for 5 min.strain, & drink 1/2 times a day.
