Cooking Instruction: Bring 2- 2 1/2 cups water to 1 cup Freekeh to boil, cover and simmer on low until grains are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Freekeh is a delightfully nutty grain, easy to cook esp if you follow the directions on the package! It is a nice change from rice and other wheat grains. It adds a bit of the exotic as new to many our friends.
