Sweet Corn, Freeze Dried

Sweet Corn is picked and freeze-dried at its peak to preserve its light, crunchy texture, 
super-sweet flavor and golden yellow color. Freeze-dried sweet corn is nutritious. 
Easy to use and have Long shelf life. Use it as a crunchy topping for salads, snacks or dishes like tacos, nachos, or chili, or add to cooked rice and baked beans while serving. 
Also add to soups, salsas, casseroles, stews.
If a crunchy texture is not desired, rehydrate by soaking in hot (not boiling) water for 5 min.
 before adding to baked goods and salads or blend it to make corn puree for sauces.
