Garam Masala Powder, Roasted

Roasted Garam Masala is the blend of warm & aromatic spices, darkly roasted & ground,
 produces the Spicy, pungent and deepest aromatic flavors, indispensable to Moghul and 
North Indian cooking. It adds intense heavenly sweet aroma & richness to chicken, lamb, fish, potatoes, rice pilaf and curried dishes.

Ground ‘Garam Masala’ is usually added at the end of the cooking process or often as the final garnish of a dish or added to other seasoning blends to enhance flavor.

Add 1-2tsp Garam Masala to 4 servings of beef or lamb stew.
