Fresh Garlic cloves are dehydrated & roasted then coarsely ground to granules. Roasting
garlic mellows the pungent odor and sharp taste, leaving a smooth and almost sweet,
nutty, rich garlic flavor and grainy texture.
Easily dispersed and provide more bulk and thickening than powdered garlic.
Use as a substitute for fresh garlic in recipes. The granulated texture and aroma of roasted
garlic works well as a flavor enhancer. Works wonderfully for spice rubs for steak,
homemade marinades, seasoning blends, sauces and condiments.
Use 1/4 tsp. of granulated garlic substituting for a fresh garlic cloves.
Dried roasted garlic retains most of its ‘fresh’ nutritional value. Great source of essential
