This special fragrant roasted spice blend is unique to Indian Maharashtrian cuisine, has sweet aroma, & complex flavor. Mostly used as the base of most of Maharashtrian 
sautéed vegetable dish, rice, curries or a luscious meat to the very basic lentil stew or 
dals for an extraordinary taste.

Also can be used as a meat rub before grilling or roasting.

 Usage: Add 1 tsp for 2-3 servings of sabzi, Dal. Add this at the end of the cooking process to retain its flavor and aroma.
