Kalustyan's Golden Blend is the easiest way to add color and interest to a dish. It is a delicate balance of israeli couscous, assorted orzo, split baby garbanzo and red quinoa.Extremely versatile blend for many menu applications.
Ingredients: Israeli Couscous, Assorted orzo, Split baby garbanzo, and Red Quinoa
Cooking Instructions:
Bring to boil 3 1/2 cup of water or broth, add 1 bag of blend, 4 tbsp butter or margarine, 2 oz Ras el Hanout, and stir. Cover tightly, return to boil, then reduce heat and simmer. Separate the grains using a fork.
