Golden brown sugar cure is used either as a dry rub or used as a brine solution to cure meat, turkey, poultry, salmon or other fish.

Sugar serves to reduce the harshness of the salt in cured meat and enhance the sweetness of the product.

Adds country brown sugar flavor and aroma to the cured meat.

Recommended to use 2lb per gallon of water for a 10% pump.

Ingredients: Salt, brown sugar, dextrose, sodium nitrite 0.79%, 1% propylene glycol.
