Grape wood imparts like a great wine, smooth and dry and yet offers a slightly sweet, fruity smoke flavor.This flavor goes great with poultry especially chicken, turkey,duck, rabbit, wild birds, vegetables and beef.

Soak wood chips prior to using them the chips to smolder and create smoke.
