Guarana Seed Powder (Paullinia cupana)

Guarana grows in the Amazon Basin, also called Brazilian cocoa, known as an effective stimulant, and energy booster. Also suppresses appetite and increases fat-burning (weight loss aid) and enhance the physical stamina.

To make Drink: Put 1-3gm powder in a boiling water steep for 5-10minutes, drink 3 times daily. Tastes at first bitter and slightly astringent, may add sweetener.
