Gunpowder tea is a unique Chinese green tea that is withered, steamed rolled into a tiny round pellet (resemblance to grains of gunpowder) & then dried. It is a refreshing tea & offers a deep amber colored beverage, strong, soft honey taste, followed by a smoky hint.
To Make Tea: Add 1-2 tbsp of dry Gunpowder green tea into your teapot. Pour 70°C (158°F) to 80°C (176°F) water into the teapot & steep for approximately 1-2 minutes. Strain & serve.
