Harissa Powder

Harissa powder is dry form of Harissa paste, an authentic North African spice blend to make a Middle Eastern Hot Sauce, that add spicy heat & complex flavor to dishes.

Commonly used as a dip or marinade, or as spreading on sandwiches, or added to dishes, soups and stews or used as a rub for meat (chicken, lamb, beef) before grilling.

To make Harissa paste: Put in a food processor 3/4cup of harissa powder, ½ cup vinegar, ½ cup ex-virgin olive oil and ½ cup water, blend to make hot sauce/paste. May add more water to adjust the thickness and salt to taste.

Ingredients:  Spices (Including Coriander, Red Chili Powder, Paprika, Ginger, Garlic), Salt, (Cottonseed Oil and Silicon Dioxide as Processing Aid).
