Helichrysum (Life Everlasting) Flower (Helichrysum arenarium)

This golden yellow flowers release a distinct, curry-like aroma. In areas of South Africa it has been used as an aphrodisiac. Helichrysum Flowers have anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties.It is used in tea, to treat respiratory conditions and to soothe bronchitis and coughing. It also has a reputation as effective pain reliever.*

To make Tea: pour a cup of hot water (190-205ºF) over 1-2tsp Flowers, steep for 4-5minutes, strain, may add honey or natural sweetener to taste.
