HIDAKA KOMBU

Hidaka-Kombu is one of the highest quality
dried kombu (kelp), is harvested in the
southern part of Hokkaido, Jaspan.

Perfectly compliments boiled and seasoned
food. It’s soft and delicious when simmered.
It is good for both making stock (broth),
vegetarian dashi soup (Japanese soup stock),
for salads or other Japanese dishes
