White Hominy grits are coarsely ground grits made from white hominy corn, thatthat has been stripped of their bran and germ, and Enriched with niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid). Has light, sweet, earthy corn flavor and grainy texture.
Extremely versatile, grits can be flavored almost anything to grits from meat, shrimp, fried fish,eggs etc.
Direction: Bring water to a boil. Slowly add the grits, stirring often, and be sure to scrape the bottom well. Simmer for 12-15minutes, or until cooked fully.
