Hops Flower (Humulus lupulus) Powder

Hops are flowers of a climbing plant, are best known as a bitter herbs, used as a flavoring agent in drinks. Hops are beneficial for sleeplessness and nervousness, treat hot flashes, useful for indigestion aggravated by stress or insufficient stomach acid and sour burping, and cramps.

To make Tea: Add 1/4-1/2tsp of hops powder in a cup of hot water, steep for 3-5 minutes, Strain & drink.
