Directions: Add 400 gm Cold Process Pastry Cream Powder to 1000gm Cold milk or water, (or a combination in equal parts), stirring carefully to avoid lumps.On a mixer using the whip attachment, whip for a min. on low speed and then 5 min. on high speed. Allow to set for fifteen minutes before using.
