Jackson Wonder Bean 12 oz

Jackson Wonder is an heirloom dwarf bush
 bean variety, also known as small seeded lima 
bean. Beans are speckled with a purple-brown
 color. When cooked, have somewhat meaty 
texture and a delicious nutty flavor. Delicious
 as a butter bean and great for soups.

Basic preparation: Wash, rinse & soak overnight. Add 4 
Cups of water / Cup of Bean, bring to boil. Reduce heat
and simmer covered for 45-60 minutes or until tender 
(add more water as needed). Whisk lightly to remove the
floating foam while cooking.

Yield: 2 1/2 cups of cooked beans / Cup of dry beans
