Jasmine Flower Buds (Jasminum officinale)

Jasmine Buds are small and beautiful, yet to open. It gives scent is incredibly volatile and have only lingering hint of aroma.

Buds have soothing properties: they relieve stress, normalize blood pressure and sleep, relieve your nerves and anxiety. Make tea by simply mix with green, white or black teas or herbal tea with skullcap or lemon balm.

To make Tea: Pour a cup of hot water (90-100ºF) over 1-2tsp Jasmine buds, steep for 2-3minutes, strain, may add honey or natural sweetener to taste.
