Jimbu is a Nepalese aromatic leaf garlic, also known as Jamboo / Faran, grows in the hilly and Himalayas sides of Nepal, give the strong and spicy flavor much like garlic or shallots. Primarily use it as a tempering spice for flavoring and seasoning lentils, meats, stir-fried vegetables, salads, and in pickles.
For the best result, fry it in ghee to enhance their flavors and taste, and then use it to garnish the dishes.
