Kalmegh, also called ‘King of Bitter’, is an extremely bitter tasting herb that is renowned for supporting a healthy immune system. *To Prepare Decoction: Boil to boil 1tsp Kalmegh herb in a cup of water, simmer till water reduces to one fourth. Add some jaggary or rock candy or honey, drink this decoction twice a day.
