Keemun tea is produced in Qimen County in the Anhui Province of China, is one of a kind. It has fruity, sweet and mellow taste and a distinct floral fragrance, brew up a clear brilliant red color.
To make Tea: Add 1-2 tbsp of Keemun tea into your teapot. Pour 90°C (200°F) water into the teapot, & steep for approximately 2-5 minutes. Strain & serve.
I was converted to Keemun from Indian black teas about 10 years ago. Although originally British, I do not drink my tea with milk and find many Indian black teas too tarry tasting. Not Keemun. It is aromatic and refreshing. My perfect afternoon cup of tea.
