Almond Meal, Natural (unblanched), Raw

This Raw Almond Meal is a fine-textured, brown-speckled with a crumbly, cornmeal-like textured nut flour made from ground raw (unpeeled) sweet almonds.

Almond meal adds the sweet, rich, nutty & buttery flavor of almonds to breads, cookies, cakes, crackers and other baked goods.

It can also be used as a flavorful substitute for all or part of the wheat flour in baking recipes.
