Lapsang Souchong is a smoked black tea from the Fujian province of China, withered and smoked-dried over pinewood fire, giving it a heavily smokey aroma and a deep, rich smooth liquor.
To make Tea: Add 1-2 teaspoons of Lapsang Souchong tea into your teapot. Pour 90°C (200°F) water into the teapot, and steep for approximately 5-7 minutes. Strain and serve hot with or without milk.
