Lebanese Seven Spice mix is a staple blend of spicy & aromatic spices, a secret seasoning
blend to flavor for most of Lebanese cuisines. It adds warm & aromatic flavor to a range of Middle Eastern dishes. Most commonly used for grilled or minced meats, poultry, fish and vegetable recipes for authentic Levantine style taste and flavor.
Also used as a dry rub on poultry, vegetables, fish and on meats including minced lamb, prior to grilling
This spice blend includes paprika to give the dishes the additional flavor and reddish color.

Ingredients:
Black pepper, Cumin, Paprika, Coriander, Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg, Cardamom.
Recipe to cook lamb chop with ‘Lebanese 7 spice’:
Mix in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons spice mix in a bowl. Brush over both sides of 12 pcs lamb chops. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven on medium heat until hot. Cook lamb for 3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked. Serve with tabouli, tzatziki or tahini sauce and Lebanese bread.
