Ground Lemon Omanis are not lemons, they are limes, also goes by the name Limu Omani. Dried limes are boiled in salt water, dried and then coarse grind. This aromatic, tart and tangy ground lime is used tagines, stews, soups, vegetables, seafood, poultry and meat dishes.
