Lemon Thyme (Citrus Thyme) is a lemon-scented culinary herb, has a subtle essence of lemon, without bitterness of regular thyme.

Lemon thyme is an excellent herb to use in marinades for light proteins, and is great with fish or chicken and vegetable dishes. Used in any recipe calling for lemon juice, lemon zest or lemon flavoring.

Can be made into a tea or a tincture for a therapeutic use.
