Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis)

Marshmallow is a perennial herb known for healing properties, coats the throat, reduce stomach irritation & a great heartburn home remedy. Cures painful mouth ulcers, canker sores, cut on the inside of the cheeks, inflamed gums, sore throats and dry coughs.*

Marshmallow Tea: Soak 1tbsp dried root in one cup of cold or warm water, shake gently, put in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Strain and drink cool.
