Organic Blue Corn Masa (Harina) Flour is a fine ground blue posole corn that was treated with lime and has fine, soft texture and its distinctive taste.
When mixed with water and fat, masa creates a smooth dough that is ideal for making tortillas, tamales, empanadas, huaraches arepas and numerous other Mexican & Latin American dishes dishes.
For tortilla dough : stir 1 cup water and 1/4 tsp salt into 1 cup Masa Harina. Knead dough for 5 min. until it forms a very soft, pliable dough.
