Masarepa-White (Arepa Flour)

This precooked cornmeal made with 100% white corn and enriched with niacin, iron, riboflavin, thiamin, and folic acid for balanced nutrition.

Used extensively for preparing ‘Arepas’ (a type of corn cake).

Also used for preparing a wide variety of Latin treats (empanadas, pastries, tortillas and tamales).

When simply mixed with water, creates a soft and fluffy dough for making corn flatbread with a  soft dough with a crunchy texture on the outside.
