Meadowsweet Flowers (Filipendula Ulmaria Flos)

Meadowsweet flowers (Queen of the meadow) are beautiful, delicate, and creamy-white in color, and have very sweet and strong smell. Often added to potpourri blends and infusions. Flowers are effective for treating respiratory problems, rheumatic pain, protect digestive tract, soothes fevers and easing pain with migraines and headaches.*

To make Tea: In a warm tea pot put 1-2tsp flower, pour a cup of hot water (190-205ºF), steep for 5-7min, strain add sweetener to taste & drink.
