This seasoning is perfectly spicy and works wonderfully well in some Ethiopian dishes I have been cooking. Fragrant, well-rounded…and the punchy spice kicks up the interest as a meat rub, meat marinade, and dip seasoning.
The shipping from Kalustyan’s was awesome too, the order was spot on and arrived quickly. Will be ordering again for sure!
