Motherwort Herb (Leonurus Cardiac)

Motherwort herb is beneficial to women's health, promotes a mother's milk flow, used as a uterine tonic before and after childbirth, treat menopausal and menstrual complaints, relaxes blood vessel and calms nerves, useful for headache, insomnia, and vertigo.*

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1tsp root, cover and steep 10-15 minutes. Strain sweeten with honey & drink 2 tbsp at a time up to 2cups/day.
