Mulberry Leaf (Morus Alba)

Dried leaf of White Mulberry plant, contain minerals, antioxidants properties and higher levels of certain fatty acids, like linoleic acid. White Mulberry leaves may help better 
cholesterol levels and blood sugar management reduce inflammation and useful for fighting 
heart disease and diabetes.  

To make Tea: Steep 1tsp leaf in a cup of hot water for 3-5minutes, strain and drink a cup before or during meals.
