Mulberry Leaf Powder (Morus Nigra)

Dried leaf of Black Mulberry plant, contain high levels of magnesium, iron, sodium, potassium, and calcium, antioxidants and detoxification properties. Black Mulberry leaves may have potential benefits for diabetes and obesity, may help regulate blood glucose levels and prevent constipation.  

 To make Tea: Put 1tsp powder in a cup of boiling water, steep for 3-5minutes, strain, sweeten & drink a cup before or during meals.
