 Mulling Spice Mix

Mulling Spices are a blend of whole sweet, spicy & aromatic spices, used to infuse drink 
recipes in holiday celebrations, with complex flavors and warming fragrance.

Commonly used to make a cozy, favorite winter or autumn beverage, like hot apple cider, mulled wine, wassail, coffee, lattes, or cappuccinos. 
Also, can be used in baking and other culinary applications. 

Ingredients: Allspice, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Dried Orange Peel.

Suggested Usage: Place the 1/4 cup mulling spices in a spice bag, add them to a gallon of hot apple cider, red wine, or other beverages, simmer for15-30 min, Remove the spice bag, add sweeteners, before serving.
