Olive Leaf (olea europaea)

 Olive Leaf has Elolenic acid (antioxidan), a lot higher than green tea, helps the body effectively to fight against illness as well as premature aging. It helps strengthen the immune system, protecting the human body from bacteria, viruses and infections. It can lower blood pressure, lower blood sugar and cholesterol, and improve blood flow.* 

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1tsp leaf, steep for 10-15 minutes, strain, sweeren with honey or sugar, drink 1- 3 cups /day with meals.
