Recipe to prepare Oriental style fried rice w/ chicken:
In a skillet add 2tbsp vegetable oil, add 6 pcs chicken breasts cut into cubes, stir fry until both side white and tender, remove and keep aside. Stir-fry 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, 3 green onion slices and 2 cans of drained mushrooms until tender-crisp and remove from skillet. In the skillet scramble 2 eggs, keep aside. Add 1tbsp oriental seasoning, 3 cups of cooked rice in skillet, 2tsp soy sauce, mix gently, add the chicken pcs, vegetables and the eggs, mix and allow all to heat through, season with salt to taste and serve.
